I've decided to return to blogging on Vox. LiveJournal = okay, I guess, but I use it mostly for communities. Vox = better for doing actual blogging about real stuff.

i want to get back into writing comedy again.
since last september, i had been writing a comic called knock on wood, which was all about the lives of wooden polygon tiles.
for the last time: no, i was not on crack when i thought it up. (just very very tired)
i wrote 215 comics in the course of about a year. i originally did one a day, but it was way too crazy a schedule to keep on, and eventually got slouchy about it. for the last few months, i went on an indefinite hiatus and ignored the comic totally.
and now i want to get back on it. i miss writing comics; it was fun (although incredibly stressful), and i need an outlet for comedy. so, i'm going to start creating more comics.
as i've said many a time before during my tenure as a comic writer: "woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"
woooooo
and how!
ANY WAYS... tonight's office was DA BOMB! i had watched the previews, and thought that dunder-mifflin stamford was gonna absorb the scranton branch, but then scranton would get saved by michael- however, i totally didn't expect josh's traitory business. wow. and then that TH with karen at the end: woah. great ep all round.
(also: jim+karen = connecticut love. just sayin'.)

Well today I got the graphics tablet I ordered last week and it works pretty great. I used it for some writing and some drawing so that's pretty great. Not much else is happening; I've been listening to a lot of podcasts from TWiT and those guys (although I guess that's netcasts now, according to Leo), and watching old episodes of Star Trek.
And I also did some stuff at the radio station configuring the new (really really old) Power Mac 6400 we got donated to us. Sweet tea. Iced tea. Whatever?
What's your favorite vacation destination?
San Francisco.
What's your favorite way to keep in touch? Phone, snail mail, email, text message, Vox, _____ ?
Email. The end.
What's the nerdiest thing about you?
haha okay. I'm a nerd for MANY reasons, but the biggest one is probably that I have more friends on the internet than in real life. Not all of them are close friends, but the ones that are are really close.
(number two: i like star trek)
(number three: i enjoy linux)
What was (or is) your favorite subject in school?
Theatre Production. A most awesome class in which you get to learn about carpentry, electrical work, sewing, graphic design, and anything else that's remotely related in staging a theatrical performance. PLUS: You get to hang out on the catwalk above the stage. EXCELLENT.

As I can see you don't really like Vox :) read more
